10/10
The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for a longer stay, especially for this region. Breakfast and the restaurant are great all day, and the meals are high quality. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and parking is adequate and accessible. It gets very busy when there's a conference, but usually just for the day, with the hundreds of attendees gone by evening. Great hotel.

I only stayed one night, but the hotel was really nice. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive to everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. There's parking right in front, and the pool and gym are well maintained and equipped.

The restaurant food was really enjoyable, and the hotel itself is great. It's spacious and bright, with very comfortable beds. I'll stay here again.

The spa is a strong point, with a nice pool, jacuzzi and plenty of sauna options. Breakfast is above average for a European Four Points, and the location is good, near the centre. Front desk staff are very friendly, and parking is available, though I'm not sure why they didn't build a garage. The rooms and bathrooms are disappointing and badly need renovation. For a 12 year old property, they look very old, and housekeeping could do more to keep things clean and dust free. The shower drains slowly, and the toilet often takes several flushes. Titanium Elite Status didn't seem to count for much here: I got no upgrade, not even to a higher floor, let alone a suite. Just complimentary breakfast.

From the outside, the hotel looks unassuming, but the lobby is showy. Reception was friendly and nonjudgmental. The rooms were nice, a little crowded, but really clean. Wellness and gym access were free.
