The spa itself is decent, I’d give it 3/5 stars, but it’s quite run-down and looks like the last major renovations were about 20 years ago. The hotel service was ridiculous. My booking ran until Dec 1, and a couple of days before we arrived, they told me the hotel and spa would be closed Dec 1-3. I wasn’t worried because I planned to check out on the morning of Dec 1 anyway. But they shut everything down by the evening of Nov 30. At 7:30pm the restaurant, shop and cafe were all closed. When I asked reception where I could eat, a guy told me to walk 2km to some random place, lol. How can you treat guests like that? And why can’t you buy water in the hotel shop? The only place selling it was the pool cafe, at 2 euro for a 0.5l bottle, a total ripoff. Luckily I’d brought snacks and drinks, so we weren’t starving on our last night, but the whole thing ruined our experience.

The helpful staff made this an enjoyable place, and the water slides were fun too. There’s plenty of space and a wide range of pools, sauna programs, and food, so it’s easy to find something to enjoy. It’s a good spot to relax and unwind. Pets can stay in the apartments, though not in the hotel itself, which gives the apartments a more private, free feel. Ask about mosquitoes before booking: there can be a brief spell when there are lots of them, if that’s something you mind.

The apartments were beautiful and clean, and the thermal baths were nearby.

The sofa in the living room at the ŐZIKE apartment fell apart as soon as we leaned back on it. There were spider webs about a meter long hanging in the kitchen and living room, and we couldn't sleep upstairs: the gas boiler was mounted right on the bedroom wall, switched on every ten minutes, and made a loud click each time. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a refined place to stay. Never again in Kehidakustya.
