Erika, the owner, was so warm, welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Her hospitality made us feel at home. We’d warmly recommend Erika Pension in Keszthely for good value near lake Balaton. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a lovely balcony for relaxing after our daily outings. Its quiet setting had birds singing in the morning, yet the train and bus stations, Balaton lakeshore, and town centre were all easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of choice, including homemade jams and natural juices that we especially liked.

The hosts made us feel welcome right away, and their service and hospitality were out of this world. Our room was super comfortable and clean, and the hotel is perfectly located close to the water and everything you need. We had a really nice stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Erika is a wonderfully attentive, kind host, and the breakfast is superb. The place is spacious, clean, and well organized, with everything close by. An easy five out of five for me. Thank you :)

The service was outstanding, and the breakfasts were delicious. I wish more posh hotels served coffee as good as what we had at Erika's Pension. The place itself was clean and spacious, with everything we needed, and our vacation was perfect. They did an excellent job. I can only recommend it!

Erica is so lovely, and the breakfast she makes with her husband is always delicious. We keep coming back, especially when we've been to an evening event in Keszthey and don't want to drive back to our village in the dark. The rooms are clean and pleasant, with a lovely garden and pool. She speaks Hungarian, German and English, and maybe other languages too.
