The room was a reasonable price, clean, and just a few minutes' walk from town. There was also a refreshing pool, air conditioning, and a nice skylight. Staff were very helpful. Their English was limited, but we still managed to communicate fine.

We had a large apartment with its own kitchen, toilet, and bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice, and the internet worked well. It was a five-minute walk to Keszthely beach, ten minutes to the historic center and market, and about fifteen minutes to Keszthely castle. We stayed five nights.

The rooms are a bit small, but clean and perfectly usable. The apartments are very central, the staff are nice, and there is parking on site. Breakfast costs an extra 5€; it isn't fancy, but there's plenty of it and it's fresh.

You get what you'd expect for a cheap place. If all you need is somewhere to sleep for a night, it may suit you. For a relaxing apartment stay, I'd choose somewhere else. We were there for the triathlon weekend, mostly running or cycling around Keszthely or at the Fest. We fell asleep almost as soon as we got back, so the small refrigerator, small flat-screen TV, and furnishings from the 80s didn't bother us much. There's a pool for the Apartment, but with good weather you're likely to be at the lake anyway. And the rules say you can't use it after 9 pm, so evening chilling and drinks by the pool aren't an option.
