We picked this place so our dog could roam freely on its own plot while we relaxed, but when we arrived we found there was no continuous fence along the boundary, despite what we'd been told. The neighbor's dog kept coming over, which was the last thing we wanted with a baby there. We heard that other guests had already raised the fencing issue with the owner, but it still hadn't been sorted out. The listing also didn't make clear that payment had to be made in advance. There was no card terminal, and the nearest ATM was 4 km away. On the phone we were told there was no kettle, then on arrival they said we could have one if we'd asked ahead. There was no firewood either, so the garden lost much of its point. The photo shows the neighbor's dog relaxing on the terrace while we stayed inside with our dog and baby. We couldn't leave our dog alone to go to the beach. The next day brought a storm, so that ended up being the weekend's main activity.

We felt completely at ease here and would choose this guesthouse again if we came back to the area. It has a big living room, a kitchen, a flat-screen TV, three upstairs rooms, plus a bathroom and toilet. The terrace is lovely and the garden is well looked after. The hosts were wonderful, and even let our friends bring their little dog although the place wasn't listed as dog-friendly. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot.

The cottage was cozy and well equipped, with a lovely terrace and a garden that’s clearly cared for with affection. We appreciated the thoughtful touches too, especially the Easter decorations and the snow-white tablecloth for our festive dinner. Everything suited us well, thank you!

The rooms and the location were fine, but there were some practical drawbacks. After 8 p.m. there was no hot water, and the upstairs toilet had neither heating nor hot water. There was no dishwasher or electric kettle, so boiling water on the gas stove took a while.
