On 3.8.2025, the staff communicated like it was the old socialist era. Apparently the guest is to blame when the hotel doesn't answer a parking request within a day or explain festival-related access restrictions. The response was basically that it was the weekend, there was a festival, and the booking department was at fault.

I was so satisfied with the quality and service at Benedict hotel that I didn't want to leave the hotel, my room, or the city. It was even better than I expected. If I get the chance, I'll come back. Thank you! 🤞🏽🤗

A lovely place to stay in the old center of Köszeg. The hotel is a beautifully restored monastery, with comfortable rooms decorated in a neat, modern style. Very good for its category.
