The room and location were good, but the staff were horrible. They present the place as bed and breakfast, which usually means breakfast is included in the price, yet reception gave us no information about breakfast or a shared area. After checkout, they threatened to call the police and charged us for breakfast, even saying they charge for eating leftovers. Very rude and not hospitable at all.

The room felt new and clean, with fresh air and new furniture, and the staff were polite and attentive. We’re very satisfied with the place and grateful for how well Ukrainian people are cared for. Thanks to everyone in the city. Recommended.
