Ensana Thermal Sárvár

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were really welcoming, and the pools were great, never too crowded. The hotel is in a perfect location, with clean, comfortable rooms and balconies. The beds are very soft, so you’ll be completely happy if that’s what you like. Dinner was absolutely delicious. At breakfast, meat lovers will find ham, salami, bacon, and sausages, though I really missed having porridge. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay.

You can use the arboretum next to the hotel as a garden for walks, and the spa water is great. The food is good, the staff are nice, and the rooms are clean. It’s an older hotel but well maintained, though you can tell straight away it was built in the 90s.

We loved the bathing pool, the dinner, the fitness room, and the attentive service that made us feel welcome during our one-night stay. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I only wish we could have stayed longer. The buffet area seemed quite small and was a little difficult to move around in. I’m not sure it could handle full occupancy, even though the hotel wasn’t full and was still quite busy. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children, since the main indoor pool is 16+ and most guests are adults.

The hotel’s next to a beautiful forest, perfect for evening walks, and it has exceptional wellness packages. The kids had a great time in the games room and playing giant chess. We had a terrific stay overall. The rooms were perfectly clean, the beds comfortable, and the service excellent throughout. There’s a wide range of good food, though breakfast cereals are limited. Drinks cost extra, but nobody pressured us to buy them, and tap water was available. Just one small issue, the bath plug didn’t work.
