To be honest, it was a really, really dirty place. It may cost less than some other places, but it wasn't clean at all. Not a good experience.

The room was dirty, though the rates were cheap.

The rooms were so dirty that our feet stuck to the floor, and you couldn't walk around without shoes or slippers. The people in the rooms next to ours played gypsy music all night. We checked one room and found the heating had stopped working; they said it wasn't their fault. The glasses and trays were dirty and sticky, so we washed them ourselves. 😂 We spent the party on the phone and watching a man try to fix the air conditioning, though he didn't seem to know how and kept switching it on and off for hours. 😂 They eventually brought in a large heater, but when they turned it on, the place filled with smoke and a smell, and flames came out, so they shut it off right away. We had to wear coats throughout the party. They said it was cold outside too, which was why the air conditioning wasn't working properly. They should either have a proper system or tell renters in advance that there isn't one. And there was no talk of a refund, because they couldn't accept that.

After several conversations before booking the small room for New Year's Eve, we were told at the last minute to bring extra heaters because the single air conditioner wouldn't warm it. Just a few days earlier, they'd said it was quite warm. We didn't want to spend New Year's Eve hauling radiators around, so we brought a small heater, but the system couldn't handle it. We and our guests arrived to find the room cold and without power. We paid extra for New Year's Eve and for extra cleaning so the room and toilets would be just for us, but another group was put in the room next door. Other people used the toilets too, and only the women's toilet had electricity, so we all ended up going there. The night finished with another power cut and unbearable cold. Never again.
