I had a good time here, and the staff were lovely and kind. The hotel was tidy, though it felt a bit old and worn and could use some refurbishing. I didn't have time to try the spa.

Breakfast was great, and the beds were okay. It's close to Zory Fürdö and works well if you just need somewhere to sleep. It's cheap, so you get what you pay for, but all in all it was good.

The rooms were awful, dirty, old, and broken, and the service was terrible. Don't go if you're vegetarian. Find somewhere else if you want to be treated properly.

The food was enjoyable, with a good choice and generous portions. Breakfast and dinner were satisfying, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The wellness and spa facilities were another highlight, with thermal and wellness options that made the stay feel more special than standard accommodation. They'd suit a weekend break, a longer holiday, or a quiet escape. Hajnal Hotel had a peaceful, family-friendly feel, and I found it easy to relax after a long day. My room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared with what I needed. From arrival onward, the staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, ready to answer questions or lend a hand. Check-in was smooth, and the service stayed friendly and professional throughout. I had a very pleasant, relaxing stay. It felt like good value, and I'd recommend it to couples, families, or anyone after a comfortable wellness stay in Hungary.
