Really great.

Really nice.

We were treated like many of the people who leave bad reviews. Two days before our forced vacation, they told us some services wouldn’t be available. We agreed that they would refund the advance payment, but it still hasn’t happened. They’re slow to reply to emails, and each time the answer is different. They seem to handle their transactions this way across their hotels. For anyone writing a bad review, I suggest rating the operator too. “Hotel & more”... I think the “more” means something else. They deduct the advance payment or the full amount paid in advance, then just make you think you’ll get a refund. I read reviews saying they gave others 15 days to repay, then told us 30 days. That time has passed too. I’ll report them through every channel and place the law provides. (Oxigén Family Hotel) What a shabby gang!

Update: it’s priceless to us from now on, since our little dog has been banned. Sadly, that makes it 1 star. Before that, we thought it was a super place to stay. The apartment was modern, comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with its own private terrace and parking. The gardens were well kept, the staff very kind, and the buffet breakfast delicious and plentiful. Zsory Bath was directly accessible from the apartments, and entry to the bath was included in the accommodation price. It was dog friendly, too. We said we’d be back soon.
