I arrived for check-in and was told they couldn’t honor the booking, even though it had already been paid. The alternative they offered was an ordinary room, nothing like the apartment I’d booked. I had to find somewhere else on the spot, which was pretty unpleasant when I was relying on a paid reservation.

We got really kind and helpful information in advance. Great, I can only recommend it!

The apartment was sparkling clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. The accommodation is in a very good location.

Wonderful place to stay.

Fine for a short stay, though the old building comes with an old-fashioned apartment. The bedroom bed was very hard, and there are no curtains on the living room or kitchen windows. The bathroom sliding door isn't very practical either: there's a 3 cm gap between it and the wall, so you can see in from the kitchen. There’s nowhere to hang a towel, and plenty of other little issues.
