The breakfast was excellent, especially considering I gave almost no notice that I’m vegetarian and vegan. Thanks for taking such care with the options. We stayed three nights, coming from Budapest after exploring Miskolc and Lillafured, then heading on to Eger. The apartment was superb, with twin beds, spotless soft white bedding and towels, a lovely bathroom, and a balcony that was nice to sit on. There was a fan in the room. The kitchenette had a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and plenty of pans, glasses, and cups. We got a friendly, helpful welcome, and the staff spoke enough English for us to communicate well. There are plenty of good bus and tram stops within easy walking distance, along with the centre of Eger. You do have to go up a slight hill between breakfast and the accommodation, but it’s not far. Thanks for a superb stay!

The room was good and clean, with a TV, kitchen, and the utensils we needed. The staff were friendly, though they don’t speak English. Breakfast could be better, and checkout at 10:00 felt very early. The location is very good.

The rooms were nice and large, and there was something special in the wine cellar under the building every day. The food was great, and the animation and help service were great too. The staff members were very polite and sweet. :)

The historic restaurant is fantastic, and the wine cellars have an amazing collection. The hotel is superb too. If you're staying in Miskolc, this is a must-see. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is very nice, but the rooms are small and feel like they’re from the Cold War. They need renovating. Getting to the second floor means tackling an unbelievable staircase, and the WiFi up there is very poor.
