Great!
The host couldn't locate the money we'd transferred in advance, and only with difficulty accepted that we had to find a way to get the transfer back. The beds smelled musty, and dirt had been stuck to the switches and doors for months, if not years. It doesn't seem to have had a thorough clean in a long time, though the walls were painted some time ago. Even with nighttime temperatures close to 0 degrees, the heating shut off at 9 pm. The approach has a 26-degree slope if you don't know the way, enough to wreck a car's suspension. The TV only worked occasionally, but it wasn't much use anyway with such a poor channel selection.
It's cheap and close to the cave bath, and the bathrooms were okay. But the rooms and kitchens were extremely dirty. There were fewer pieces of cutlery, glasses, and plates than we had, and what was there was chipped and dirty. The kitchen cupboard had old, spoiled spices, the sink was filthy, and a connector was hanging out. I can't say enough bad things about the place, and wouldn't recommend it for families with children.
The place was a real disappointment. The listing photos are old, and they don't refund money to the house! We started by cleaning the bathrooms on both levels. The lower level was awful: everything was so dirty I wouldn't even put my bag on the chairs, and there was that smell. The upper level was a little more livable, just a little. It was certainly an educational experience.
