The owner met me in person and was very friendly, and we spoke in English. I stayed here in April this year. The flat has two apartments, separated by an entrance hall, and everything looked like the photos and was in good condition. Nearby there's a guarded public garage open 24 hours. I bought a monthly ticket for about what parking costs for a few days in other cities, so it was well worth it for a week. The owner can help get the ticket from the city office on the main street. My only concern was the block's elevator. I used it, but it seemed dated and possibly unsafe, though I'm no technician. At least you can use the stairs without going into the elevator, so I was glad they were there.

The landlord was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Thanks again for sorting out the taxi and jumper cables! The apartment was tastefully and practically furnished, and the location was great. The pedestrian zone and all the shops for self-catering are just a few minutes away. We'd love to come back. If you're staying at least a week, you can buy a vignette at the public transport office: it's left of the tourist information office, past the bakery, at the courtyard entrance. It lets you park anywhere in Miskolc, including at the thermal baths. We used the monitored underground garage around the corner, where there are always spaces. The vignette costs around 8000 HUF for a month, cheaper than paying each time.

Modern furnishings, everything we needed, and the place was clean and well equipped. The host was so kind and friendly. Excellent all around! If we need a place in Miskolc again, we'll definitely book here :)

A clean apartment with a beautiful view and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has two kitchens, two bathrooms, and a balcony, plus a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, coffee maker, and iron.
