The owner was rude, and the service was bad.

The only real plus was how close it is to the Hungaroring. We booked a room, but got a camping spot instead, for the room price. The rooms weren't usable, and we had to spend extra on a tent and mattress. The pizzeria wasn't open either, and the toilets and showers were outdated. If you're actually looking to camp, it might suit you.

With the Hungaroring near Budapest, there's an opportunity here for whoever buys the guesthouse, which is currently for sale. It could also be run as a workers' hostel with a hot kitchen area. Contact the owner about that. The price-to-value ratio looks good.

The toilets and showers were dirty, and we could only use them because we had brought disinfectant. Wi-Fi was free, but very weak. I felt ripped off, so be careful. Highly recommended! We arrived at 2 PM on July 26, 2019, after booking a double room for the Formula 1 race. The place looked run-down, and the photos seemed very old. At check-in in the garden, we were told the rooms and pizzeria were being renovated, but during our four days there we saw no workers and heard no construction noise. In reality, what we'd booked was a campsite, though booking.com had apparently made a mistake. With the Formula 1 race on, there were no rooms available anywhere nearby, so we had to stay at the campsite. The advertised breakfast wasn't available, and the pizzeria was closed too. Around 40-50 other people had the same experience. The Panziö family quickly found someone selling tents. I think it's a family business.
