Borostyan Apartmanhaz

The pension is nicely located, just five minutes from the spa and the center. The accommodation is neat, and the hosts are very kind. The owner speaks Serbian, which made communication easier. They took time to explain things, suggest restaurants, and answer our questions. We were welcomed with a small bottle of homemade brandy and coffee. Although it’s on the main road, the insulation works well, and the yard is lovely for relaxing. My one complaint is the internet. You can’t really do without it these days, but it was very poor. It worked okay during the day, then disappeared from eight in the evening. The city is quiet after 9, with no one in the street, just when you might settle down to rest. That’s a problem if work keeps you online, and others would probably want to use it too.
