A great place for a few days away. The spa and relaxation center are very close.

We had some free time with friends and decided to go swimming in Mórahalom and stay the night. The reviews led us to book Jázmin Apartman, but we wish we’d chosen somewhere else. After unpacking that afternoon, we noticed the air conditioner smelled musty. We could have put up with that for just one night and said nothing. We went to the adventure pool, leaving the windows closed and the door locked so nobody could get in. We didn’t expect what we found when we returned at 8 pm. There were four huge bedbugs right in our room, and we had no idea how many more might be under the covers. The trip quickly became a nightmare. We didn’t dare stay there and ended up sleeping uncomfortably in the car.

The apartment was dusty, and there were bugs waiting when we arrived. The air conditioner was dirty and moldy, clearly not cleaned. The owner wasn’t available to meet us in person, communication was minimal, and he took no responsibility for the problems. He denies bad reviews and makes untrue claims. That says a lot about his attitude. The whole experience was disappointing.

A quiet place to relax, with a comfortable, clean bed. The apartment house was fully equipped, and everything was impeccable.
