We stayed once on our way to Italy, then chose the same place again on the return. For the price, it was a very nice stay. The owner was friendly, and we could park inside the courtyard.

After a full day visiting Croatia, we realized late at night that we'd overestimated our ability to finish a 14 hour drive. The host welcomed us and found us a great room at a good price. It was clean and quiet, so we finally got some well deserved rest. In the morning, breakfast and coffee gave us fresh energy to get back on the road. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone passing through Nagykanizsa.

We arrived late at night, and the host welcomed us. He was helpful and pleasant, and spoke English, which made things easier. The house is in peaceful surroundings, with free parking on site, plus a shared kitchen and dining area. The room was basic but perfectly fine for a night, and possibly longer. Most rooms are in the attic, where it can get really hot in summer. A/C is available for an extra 5 EUR per day.

The host was kind and helpful, and the dog was really sweet. Parking was quite spacious, and the quiet neighbourhood was pleasant, though it's far from the city centre. It was okay for a stopover. The rooms were clean, but short on facilities, and the bathrooms were tiny. We had no soap or shower gel and just two towels. Card payment wasn't available because the POS was "broken".
