I booked a room, but when I arrived the hotel said none were available and wouldn't honor the booking. They kept my money. The hotel told me to contact Booking, and Booking said they couldn't help and sent me back to the hotel. I still haven't been refunded.

The hotel is in a superb location, and the room I was given was quite spacious. Cleanliness is questionable, though, since I found a dirty towel, and the whole place looks and feels really old. Staff speak very little English. You get what you pay for, I guess. P.S. Say hello to the stink bug in room 107. I named him Gregor.

A lovely hotel both inside and out, in a nice location. Breakfast was good too. Recommended!

The view of the rotary wheel was lovely at Christmas, though I missed breakfast. My room was clean, had a great view, and the air conditioning was under my control, which I appreciated after staying in pricier hotels where the settings were fixed or limited and I froze. The receptionist was polite, and the stay was really good value.

The room was roomy and cozy, the beds very comfortable, and the AC was already running when we arrived, a nice surprise. We also had a quiet, clean stay right in the heart of the city. Breakfast had lots of choice and was good. Guests get 10% off at John Bull restaurant, just the next door from the hotel. The price fits the quality. Highly recommend!
