We got good value for the price and good service here, and it's a great place for family time in the Mátra mountains. I've been here five times now. City break.

I contacted the hotel on WhatsApp about making a booking, and Katalin got back to me. She was wonderful. She helped with the reservation and even suggested other dates and options that might suit my family's needs. Replies were quick and clear, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. I'd recommend contacting her with booking or voucher questions.

The wellness facilities were great, and the rooms were nice and clean. The food was edible. But it was extremely noisy, with sound echoing everywhere and children all around. If you're after a relaxing break, I'd avoid the weekend and maybe try a weekday.

The food was nice, and the wellness facilities were great. The staff were polite and well trained, too. One thing that needs more attention is information about food allergies. The hotel is surrounded by woods and has a family-friendly atmosphere. Keep up the quality and service, well done.

We had a nice time. The food was good, and they made an effort to vary the evening buffet each day. Drinks cost extra, but the prices were normal. There was a nice outdoor pool, plus an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The room quality depends on the building, with the newer one being better.
