We’re only halfway through our vacation, but I wanted to post this already. I normally leave ratings on the booking site, yet this apartment is so good I want to share it wherever I can. It’s modern, well equipped, and in the best spot in the city. The playground and Tettye ruins are just a three-minute walk away. The owner is lovely and always ready to help. He’s even given us figs several times. ❤️

There’s plenty to do right around the house: the playground, Tettyei ruins, limestone cave, and Pintér garden are an easy five-minute stroll. Havihegyi chapel is a ten-minute walk, and the nearby lookout tower takes about twenty minutes to reach. That’s enough for roughly 1.5-2 days of activities without going far. The place itself is great for kids, with lovely storybooks and enough toys to keep them busy through our nine-day stay. It’s well equipped and feels like home, with a microwave, washing machine, and a full kitchen. Street parking is free. The welcome chocolate and chilled pálinka were a nice extra. We’d recommend it to anyone.
