Getting to the city center was easy, and the check-in arrangements were quick. I was also refunded the cost of 2 days because of the problems, and the boiler issue was sorted within 1 hour. The stay itself had a lot of problems. It’s a half-basement room with a musty smell whenever you walk in. I booked through booking, where parking was listed as free, but it wasn’t, and you can’t even drive onto the street without a permit. The internet was unusable. When I asked about the speed, they said they’d check later and that it should work, but I ended up buying my own internet so I could work. There are only hangers, no closet, so there’s nowhere to put lots of belongings. At 5 am on the first night, I woke to the cleaning lady opening the locked door and coming in. I had to yell from bed because I didn’t know who she was or what she wanted. The boiler runs on night power, and although I didn’t use it during the day, by the evening of the 3rd day there was no hot water for some reason. I stayed 4 days, and on 3 of them people were throwing pieces of concrete at the van right by my window between 6 and 8 in the morning. The city is really close and quick to get to, but hills make the walk back to the accommodation a long one.
