My mother and I had booked a room, but the owner had already given it away before we arrived, even though we had the confirmation in hand. A Polish group turned up instead. What a real p.....t! Then they told us to cancel the reservation ourselves, which would have cost 40 euros. Luckily, they found another place on the spot. They'd come a long way, and it would have been a real nuisance if they'd had to travel back.

The service can't be relied on, and there are extra costs once you get there. They cancel at the last minute or offer to refund you. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
