Awful experience. I paid for an apartment but was given a room, and they wouldn't refund the difference. The owner asked me to cancel the booking with booking.com and pay in cash. Very dishonest people.

This hotel has come to our rescue twice. It's the only hotel in Sárvár where you can knock at midnight, or even at 02:00, and they'll open up and find you a room. Thank you so much!

The apartments are modern, spacious, and clean, with really comfortable beds. The kitchenette may not have enough equipment if you're staying several days and plan to cook. The upper floors can only be reached by stairs.

The walls were damp and cracked, and you can't pay by credit or debit card. There's an air conditioner in every room, but they charge extra to use it, even when it's 40C (104F). The old woman at reception was rude and malicious. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The bed was very comfortable, which earns it 3 stars from me. The hotel felt dated, the air was humid, and the ceiling was broken.
