We've already stayed here twice and will definitely come back. The apartment is roomy, fully equipped, spotless, and arranged to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone on staff was friendly and smiling. The young man at reception was especially helpful and ready to assist, and the lovely woman bringing the breakfast basket to our door each morning always greeted us with a big smile. Breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. This really is an exceptional hotel, highly recommended!

The rooms felt luxurious and state of the art, and everything was clean and well organized. Breakfast was fresh and very good, with a serving experience unlike any other. The staff were professional and helpful. We had an amazing stay, highly recommended.

We chose the diner for the included breakfast and found a generous buffet with something for every taste. We could also have eaten in the suite. On arrival, the friendly, attentive staff made us feel welcome, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water were a nice touch. Our modern, immaculately clean suite was thoughtfully equipped, with a spacious living room and large windows looking out over Lake Balaton. It was a lovely place to unwind. The BJ81 Suite Hotel is an easy walk from the city center, and we enjoyed strolling beside the lake and roller-skating along the shore. The hotel sits right on the lake and has a private pool and sunbathing area for guests. There are also bike, roller-skate, SUP, and canoe rentals for outdoor activities. I imagine it must be wonderful in summer. We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend, and would happily recommend BJ81 Suite Hotel to couples, families, or groups. The roomy suites and relaxed atmosphere make it stand out from other hotels nearby.

We were in room 34 and had a stunning lake view. The balcony and outdoor dining space were superb, and the modern suite was immaculate. Such a lovely find for a few days exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and knew the area well. Highly recommended.

The staff were fantastic, and the location was great. I was surprised to find no hob for cooking in what otherwise seemed like a fully equipped kitchen. For a high-end luxury apartment with a dedicated kitchen area and family dining table, that felt like a striking omission.
