Our studio had a large balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is by the lake, around a 10-15 minute walk from Siofok main beach and the train station. There are swimming and kids' pools, a sauna, and a jacuzzi in the wellness area. One checkout detail: you need to take your rubbish to the central deposit area.

The balcony has a beautiful view of Balaton, especially if you book on the 4th or 5th floor and ask for a flat in the middle area. The apartments have a fridge, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, with the wellness area underneath them. It has a swimming pool, a children's pool, two hydromassage pools, and three saunas, so I think it's well equipped. I'd recommend bellaitalia restaurant for pizza, but I wouldn't recommend ordering at Ötösfogat restaurant.

They took our money and confirmed four apartments for our group, then cancelled when we arrived, claiming we were too large a group. They made excuses, but other guests were already staying in our apartments. We were left with nowhere to stay in Lake Balaton. The staff were terribly rude and wouldn't even come out to the security hut to speak with us.

The apartments have an awesome lake view, and the building feels fairly modern. There's also a wellness area, in a nice spot.

There are a few shops, restaurants, and breakfast places nearby. Residents can use the wellness area, with an indoor pool and jacuzzi, plus plenty of grass outside where you can lie down.
