The staff were easy to reach by phone and helpful whenever we needed anything. Fresh Green Hotel is clean and well cared for, in a quiet spot within walking distance of Balaton lake. It also has an all-day swimming pool, a playground, and underground parking.

The breakfast was good, and I liked the modern design, roomy rooms, and the outdoor connections between them. It feels really fresh, surrounded by nature in a quiet town. Waking up to birdsong and the forest air was lovely. Some rooms could use repairs, though: door handles and locks were broken, and the air conditioning didn't work. Those issues weren't too serious.

I booked by phone, but as I was on my way to the hotel they called to say I couldn't stay. They said someone had suddenly booked the room through booking.com.

A great spot for a family holiday, with a swimming pool and a nice breakfast.

We were welcomed with a chilled drink, and the children even found a teddy bear waiting on the table. The spacious modern apartment has comfortable bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen with a capsule coffee maker and spices, and a washing machine in the bathroom. The host was kind and flexible. It had everything needed for a relaxing stay, even for a larger family. A lovely quiet place near Lake Balaton.
