The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we could walk straight onto the beach. They even provided sunbeds, and both our children stayed free. A nice baby cot was ready too, so it worked well for a trip with kids. We also liked the restaurant, spa, parking, breakfast, staff, and location. The food was excellent, and we got restaurant vouchers. Booking two rooms online worked out as a good deal since it was the start of the off season. There were spiders everywhere, including in our rooms. The staff knew about the problem and were trying to deal with it. Daily cleaning could have been better, and the building is showing its age. Some things seemed to get cheap fixes instead of being repaired or replaced. During peak season, the road to the hotel and the parking area are closed in the evenings. The air conditioning only worked now and then, though fortunately it wasn't very hot during our stay.

The hotel knew that the air conditioning on the top floor wasn't working. They offered me a portable unit, but it couldn't do the job. They agreed to cancel my reservation.

The balcony views were spectacular, and you're close to plazs siofok and the nightlife nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good for the price. The hotel met or even beat my expectations overall. Getting a car in or out of the parking lot after 6-8pm isn't possible because local rules close the boardwalk to vehicles. There also aren't many staff around after 8pm, which makes a late check-in or getting help then very difficult.

The beach was nice, and we only stayed a short time. The hotel itself wasn't cleaned properly, with dust and cobwebs all over. We also found a way through the closet into another room. I really wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We asked for a kettle in the room and got one without any trouble. The sauna and jacuzzi were included in the room price, and available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Breakfast runs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with a decent selection and enough to make a good meal. The hotel is right on the promenade in the coastal area, and parking is available. Our room was on the top floor and slept four, with a bathroom, double bed, two singles, a small table, mini-fridge, TV, one chair, and two small roof windows. I recommend this hotel.
