For €60 a night, I expected better. The place may be called a retro hotel, and retro is fine, but that doesn't mean it has to be shabby. It felt like a real spider's nest. The rooms do have their own bathrooms, but there were no towels. People travel hundreds of kilometers and may want to rest before a party without having brought a towel along.
There's a free beach and a pool in the yard, but music from the hosel disco blares under the windows until dawn. The rooms have antique furnishings.
The wellness area is great, with both the outdoor and indoor pools available, and the shore of Lake Balaton is very close. The room has a dormitory feel, and some rooms connect to each other. If spiders really bother you, you should avoid this place.
A very run-down building, with a poor system and long waits.
