The bathroom was moldy and dirty, with brown marks on the wall by the toilet. The shower was dirty too, and water ran out onto the floor. There was a urine smell in the bedroom, maybe from the air conditioner or the bed, along with dirty floors and dusty shelves, even the one in the bathroom. We felt disgusting in the room. We'd chosen this place because we'd had an incredible stay at Tihany Villa Oliver, and the pictures looked great. But although we'd booked a Deluxe apartment with a terrace, there was no terrace, just a table and chairs in the shared corridor. The receptionist said we couldn't move because the hotel was full. On our first morning, our breakfast had been forgotten. After we told them, they brought a package without ham or cheese, just tea, coffee, jam, honey, margarine, and bread. The whole stay was horrible. I couldn't wait to get home, wash myself, and eat a proper breakfast. I can't recommend it.

I've stayed here several times. The location is very good, the reception service is professional and friendly, the price is attractive, and the apartments are well equipped. The cleanliness has unfortunately gone downhill, though. The kitchen walls could use fresh paint, and the garden furniture needs cleaning or replacing.

There's lovely nature around the place, with big trees and a peaceful setting. It worked perfectly for staying near Balaton Park Circuit on race day, or for visiting Lake Balaton. There is new parking, and each room has its own bathroom, though it doesn't include a toilet or shower. Breakfast is included, but it's just bread with something on top. There's a kitchen with tools for making ham and eggs, although the toaster didn't work.

The backyard has plenty of shade, and the room is cozy and really nice. The staff are so friendly that you feel welcome throughout your stay. The villa is only a four-minute walk from the beach.
