We wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel rooms had plenty of space for our family of three, and the air conditioning helped on a hot summer night. There were mosquito nets too for when we kept the windows open. Check-in online was easy. Lots of tasty food to choose from, very good service, and we loved the place.

The rooms are old and need maintenance, and they didn’t clean ours in the mornings while we were staying there, so we didn’t get fresh towels. This felt like a rather low-cost hotel and spa. The jacuzzis weren’t very warm, the saunas were switched off and had to be turned on before use, and the cold plunge pool was empty. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The people were amazing, and so was the food! We’ll definitely be back 🥰

We had a friendly, cozy stay, and everything was clean. Breakfast was awesome, with lots of choices, and the spa was amazing too. Thanks a lot, hotel Helena. ❤️ We’ll definitely come back.

The room had hardly any sound insulation and not enough space. It looked like something from Eastern Europe in the 80s, nothing like the photos we’d seen when we booked. We were sad to leave, but had to find somewhere else to stay.
