We booked this for a peaceful weekend with our family of 12, but on arrival we found it wasn’t suitable for even one night. The Airbnb listing showed five bedrooms, but there were only three, and just one bathroom, with no hot water. Hygiene was below minimum standards, with damp patches on the walls, spiderwebs everywhere, and dirty linen. The garden was a mess and nothing like the advertised photos. We chose not to stay and asked for our 500 euro deposit back. The owner said this counted as a cancellation and kept the full amount. We never got a receipt, which is illegal. When I said I’d leave a negative review, she posted at least two positive comments over the next couple of days to balance it out. I bet those positive comments are all from her accounts. The owner is a cheater. To avoid disappointment, don’t book this place!

They never returned my payment and eventually stopped replying to my emails. I paid 28.90 Eur on 03/23/2023 for a bottle of dandelion wine, ordered through their website for delivery to Bulgaria. My girlfriend wanted to know what it tasted like, and I wanted to surprise her. The wine is rare, and in Europe I could find it only from this manufacturer. I was told the wine would be sent to my address. On 04/04/2023, I asked for the tracking number and was told the cellar was still closed, would open on 17/04, and the wine would be sent right away. On 09.05, I asked again. They said they couldn’t send the wine to Bulgaria because it was “too sensitive,” and invited me to come to Hungary for a “free” tasting. I politely declined and asked for a refund. They promised to return the payment. On 21.05, I asked where my money was. They said they were waiting for a new batch, and would send it once it matured. I said that if I didn’t get my money by the end of May, I’d report fraud to the bank and review them on Google maps. I’m doing what I promised. Unlike them, I’m used to keeping my promises. I hope sharing this helps other customers avoid the same situation. Scummers. Don’t trust these people, they’ll just steal your money.

After a long trip from India, this was the last kind of hospitality I wanted. I booked only after emailing to reconfirm the distance from Ozora, and the hotel confirmed it was 24 Kms. When I arrived in Ozora, Google Maps showed 40 kms, so I had to find somewhere else to stay that day. I feel I was fleeced, and the staff weren’t courteous. They refused to transfer any refund and said I should have checked the details and cancelled seven days before arrival under their policy. How was I supposed to know the distance before getting there, when they’d reassured me by email? Stay here at your own risk.

When I saw it in person that summer, I was breathless for a moment. It’s dreamlike, a miracle in every detail. I recommend it to everyone with all my heart and love! 5*+
