The pool was great, and the place was very clean. Lake Balaton is only about 200 m away, with shops and a restaurant close by. Really nice service too. I recommend it 100%.

A quiet street and a clean, nice apartment made for a good stay. The one downside was the morning sun pouring into one of the rooms, which made it hard to rest peacefully. Otherwise, all was fine.

The house was clean and tidy, but the kitchen had very little equipment. There was a pool, though its use seemed restricted, and the air conditioner's remote had the thermostat taped over with a warning not to press it. When we brought in the luggage, the host was extremely unfriendly and arrogant, asking who I was and saying I couldn't stay. The children were told not to be loud. For an extra person staying one night, we had to pay by post and got no receipt, so be careful when paying. This sort of experience is partly why people have a poor opinion of Lake Balaton.

The apartment was clean, which was the one positive. The kitchen equipment was below par, and the owners were arrogant. We were given half a roll of toilet paper for four people for three days. My 15-year-old son, who is 177 cm tall, wasn't allowed in the pool because he was considered a child. A friend stopped by for a chat at 2 pm and was kicked out. He called the police, though apparently he could have stayed if he'd paid 5,000 HUF. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
