We called the hotel at 8 pm on the day we booked to explain that we were driving from Germany through heavy traffic and would arrive after midnight. Since we couldn't give an exact time, we asked whether someone would be there to hand us the key. They said it would be no problem. When we got there at 12:45 am, we rang the bell several times, but nobody answered. On the phone, we were told the person had waited until midnight and gone, and there was no one who could let us in. Then they hung up. After a long drive in the middle of the night, we had to find somewhere else to sleep. At least they didn't charge us for the “stay.”

We were very happy with our stay. The hosts were welcoming, the rooms were cozy, and there was private parking in the inner yard. I'd recommend it.

A stylish, clean place with free parking. There are kitchen facilities too, and it's a great spot.
