The buffet breakfast is more than enough, and we’ve never found the SPA crowded. It’s always been relaxing, with staff who are kind, attentive, and professional. The Brill apartment is quiet and private, with no rooms right next to it. The bed is huge and very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, clean, and well kept. We’re back for a second visit because we’ve been so happy with the room, the accommodation, the staff, and the wellness facilities. In summer the air conditioning worked perfectly and we had a nice view over the pool. In winter the room was warm when we arrived. Being able to watch TV from the bathtub after using the infrared sauna is a real treat. We’ll keep coming back for a few days whenever we’re in the area. This year we could only manage two separate one-night stays because nearly all of January was booked and we couldn’t get two nights in a row. It’s been an unforgettable experience each time. Thank you.

Breakfast was absolutely great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an amazing stay here with our one-year-old. The kids’ area is super cute, and there’s wellness too. Everyone on staff was really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely experience!

The location and rooms are both okay, but the hygiene and cleanliness were bad enough that I wouldn’t stay again. Those problems ruined our holiday. When we brought them up, management didn’t seem willing to discuss the issue or do anything to make it better.

The staff are always kind, and the rooms are nice and well equipped. There’s a jacuzzi, swimming pool, and saunas. You can reach everything in the city with just a few minutes’ walk.

There’s a play area for kids, but I didn’t find the spa very kid-friendly. Several adults were walking around naked there.
