We had a lovely little city break in Szombathely and would go back. The Sunset Motel was a good choice, arranged for us by our breakdown company after our scooter broke down while we were travelling to Croatia. The staff greeted us warmly and, although this isn't an English tourist spot, they spoke English fairly well. My wife and I stayed on June 6th, 7th and 8th, 2015. The bars and restaurants were friendly too, and there are some lovely places to visit. We'd recommend the location for a city break.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was great. I can't really judge the value for money since I was there for a week on business. The heating broke down during winter and nobody noticed, and there wasn't an extra blanket available. The city has some great Hungarian restaurants, though I didn't have time to explore the center.

I've been trying to call for days and can't get through. The number listed online is either wrong or switched off, so I don't even know whether this hotel exists.
