The view was spectacular, and it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were super clean and cozy, and I had a wonderful experience. The hosts are the sweetest people in the world. Thanks for all your effort and kindness, we felt so welcome.

The hostess was really friendly, and breakfast tasted great. Our room was small but very nice. It’s a cute place with an amazing lake view, close to the water, and you can walk to Tihany too.

I could see the sunrise from my bed, which felt so cool, and the terrace has a wonderful view where you can get some fresh air. The room was cozy and clean, though a bit hot, but that was just the weather. The owners are the sweetest in the world, and breakfast was incredible, beyond what I expected. For me, this was the perfect place in the whole Balaton area. There are no shops anywhere in town, so make sure you bring everything you need, including drinks and dinner.

We booked at Villa Borostyan, and the lady from the property got in touch to say our booked room was very little. She then let us cancel without fees and even found us a better place to stay in Tihany. Very kind, polite help, and a lovely attitude focused on making the customer happy and satisfied.

We couldn't find a restaurant in the area, so we asked if we could get something to drink. We thought there might be a small coffee place inside the villa. We were told to wait for the host, who came over from the neighbour. She rolled her eyes, said it was a villa and asked if she seriously had to come over for that question, then left. The way she spoke was really rude and unacceptable. They should learn how to welcome guests.
