The staff were fine, and they spoke both English and German. The room was fairly clean apart from spider webs on the ceiling, but there was just one small bar of soap for two people, so bring your own shampoo. It’s an okay, affordable place for a night if you don’t mind being far from the city center. Some guests are really unhappy with the odd, closet-like plastic toilet, which can be awkward when you shower.

There are no shops nearby, and if you want food, it feels like you have to travel a galaxy away. Summer is VERY hot in the room, with no air conditioning, and the internet was useless to me, so I had to use my own. On the plus side, the room and bathroom look modern, with good windows, a large mirror, and a good bed.

The Wi-Fi is really slow and bad, and the place is only suitable for sleeping over. It’s quiet and about 20 minutes from central Budapest when traffic isn’t heavy. The staff are nice, the rooms are clean, and there’s air conditioning and radiators, but the small toilet looks like one in a public restroom.

Our trip was nearly ruined by the chaos. We waited outside from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for rooms that weren’t ready, even though they knew we were coming that day. We were delayed, but they hadn’t known about that, so the rooms should have been ready before we arrived anyway. The staff were pretty rude and completely disorganized, and the rooms themselves weren’t great either.
