The food was a real highlight, especially breakfast and the hot chocolate, and the reception had a lovely Christmas feel with fish ponds nearby. Ms. Melitta was so kind and helpful, both with hotel facilities and ideas for Budapest. She even made a beautiful poster about the Christmas markets and shared information on different universities, which helped with my original reason for visiting Hungary. The pool, saunas, steam rooms, infrared sauna, and other facilities were great too. My stay at stacio hotel was absolutely phenomenal. Huge thanks to Hotel Stacio.

I got into budapest at about 5:30am after a rough night of travel, and the staff kindly got me into a comfortable room straight away. Everyone was quick, warm, and helpful, from Kocsis to Orsi and Bela. The food and room service were delicious, with lots of healthy choices, and there’s a cute kids’ play area plus a relaxing spa and great pool. I was planning to shop nearby, and they offered a hotel shuttle to take me there. Thanks to all of you!

Breakfast had an incredible range of choices, more than I’ve seen at some 5 star hotels, and everything I tried was really good. The staff we met were friendly and welcoming too. We arrived after midnight, and thanks to an arrangement with FoTaxi, the ride from the airport to the hotel was free. There was also a complimentary shuttle back to the airport the next morning. The room was quiet, and the bed may have been the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel. I only wish we’d had more than one night here. If you need to stay near Budapest airport, I’d happily recommend it.

The hotel itself is very neat, and the reception staff were incredible. After our flight was cancelled, they did everything they could to help and were kinder than we could have asked for. They saved the day. They deserve six stars if that were possible.

The airport shuttle ran efficiently and on time, which made getting to and from the airport easy and stress-free. Airport Hotel Stáció also has spacious rooms, a good restaurant, and wellness facilities where you can relax. Service was high quality throughout, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming.
