What made this the best hotel stay I've had was how welcome the staff made us feel. They were friendly and quick to help, even letting you use a conference room to work if something comes up. After checkout, you can still spend time in the wellness area, and the owner often walks around chatting with guests and handing out scones. There are also some good programs to look into. The rooms, food, and wellness facilities were all great, too, and the children's area even has a pool section for adults.

There was plenty to do without leaving the hotel, from bowling and pool tables to ping pong, plus indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, and a bar with fresh drinks and cocktails. The complex is beautifully planned, with striking art throughout. Breakfast was the standout, especially with Prosecco for morning mimosas, while dinner was good. The manager handled our issues quickly and with a great attitude. We had a wonderful stay, with strong service and good value. Highly recommended!

We only stopped for lunch on our way to Vienna, not for an overnight stay. The meal was decent and the service was very good, even though one dish wasn't the same as the one shown on the menu. It was still a nice experience.

The food at the restaurant was really good, and I had a great time during my one-night stay at visegrad hotel. Everything else was perfect, too, and the staff were very friendly. The room was extremely small, but they made up for it with a late checkout, which I appreciated. Special thanks to the night receptionist, I think his name was marcello. I remember he's a Man Utn fan, and he helped me figure out how to watch my favorite football match on TV. The spa and pool were great as well. Thanks again, I'd love to come back soon :)

The view of the castle and mountains is amazing, and the food selection was good with decent quality. The wellness area gets a little crowded, and the disco music there felt like the opposite of relaxing. Apart from that, it was a good experience at a great wellness hotel.
