The host was amazing, so kind and helpful, and the accommodation was beautiful and clean. Even the kitchen had an amazing view. Our room looked like the picture, and we got the big bathroom with a bathtub as I had requested. It was perfect, though we wish we could've stayed longer. We'll definitely come back! I only wish breakfast were included in the price. Thank you so much!

Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. I like sleeping in a cold room, and this was the best AC I've found in Europe because it actually worked and cooled the room ;). Ask ahead if you need English, since only one staff member can speak it. French or German is better if you don't speak Hungarian. They don't take credit cards, so bring EUR or HUF cash. I wouldn't personally recommend the small €6 breakfast, though I'm not a fan of European cold buffets to start the day. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby to the castle and other lovely spots in the forest.

It's a good-value place in Visegrad. The room was clean, though the bed sheets could be better. It's not right in the center, but the quiet, peaceful setting is a plus.

Everything else was fine, but I was really bothered that there was no water in the room. Two of the city's three shops were already closed, and in the hot summer weather I was left very thirsty.
