We checked out on Sunday afternoon, then noticed at home that we'd left our pillow behind. When we called, they first told us to call the number. Half an hour later they rang back and said the pillow had been thrown out with the rubbish. I went back there, but the staff barely spoke Hungarian and said they'd thrown EVERYTHING away. Sure. The accommodation doesn't have air conditioning, and the shower has a curtain.

The location is very good, but the rooms don't have air conditioning. Calling it a four-person room is misleading: there's one bed and an ancient pull-out sofa. I wouldn't recommend it.

We'd be happy to return. Lake Balaton is close, and everything is within walking distance, so it's a handy base for exploring the area. The grounds were clean, the apartment was spacious, and we had complete privacy with parking behind the fence.

We enjoyed our 10 days here in August, from the 4th to the 14th. It was four of us, two adults and children aged 11 and 16. Our two-room apartment was in a somewhat secluded spot, which also meant it was very quiet. The only real downside was the sofa bed, which we found very uncomfortable. The staff were always friendly, and the pool was checked regularly and kept clean. The kitchen had the basics and two gas burners. Towels and bed linen were supplied, and the linen was changed after a week. An air conditioner would have been welcome for one or two nights, but the fan did the job.
