The staff were among the kindest I've ever met. There was plenty to keep ourselves entertained, and the food was amazing. The thermal pool helped my mother with her chronic back pain. I'd kindly recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone.

We stayed in the Presidential suite, which had loads of space, and even the regular rooms are quite large. The food was good, and the staff were helpful.

The organic farm's produce made for a great breakfast and dinner. The hotel was spotless and well equipped, with a tremendous range of spa facilities. I'd definitely recommend a stay.

The front desk staff member was very kind and helpful, and when we asked for more towels, we got them straight away. Still, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. For the same price, you can find somewhere much nicer. The rooms were clean and about what I'd expect from a three-star place, but this didn't feel like a four-star hotel. Meals were a real letdown: the choices kept repeating, and the food seemed dry and reheated. Unless you like dry duck leg or greasy fried pork, schnitzel was about the only option. On a holiday, I expected more variety. The breakfast muesli, jam, honey and biscuits sat in open containers and looked so old I didn't dare try them. There were only around six sunbeds in the spa, so later arrivals had to use chairs. The baths looked old and needed renovation. I also had to go back and forth to reception each morning because the sauna wasn't on, then wait 30 minutes for it to heat up. I wondered if it was kept off to save energy, since the spa was already open, but the extra trips and wait were annoying. There weren't enough towels for both the room and spa once ours got wet, although reception quickly supplied replacements. There were no sauna sheets either, and people sat bare on the benches, sweating over them. It felt very unsanitary. In the restaurant, no one could speak English or German. When I asked for hot water for tea, a whitish curdled liquid came out of the thermos. The waiter said it was fine to drink, but it seemed to be hot milk left in an uncleaned thermos from an earlier use. Terrible.
