The food tasted good, but we weren’t told that we could only choose from the daily menu. We’d expected to order whatever we wanted from the restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the wellness area was nice and not too crowded, even when the hotel was mostly full. It’s quite cheap for what it offers.

Breakfast and everything else were really good, but the Wi-Fi was stupid and just wouldn’t work. Sometimes it was really bad.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a pool table at reception for entertainment. The hotel played 80s and 90s music throughout, which seemed to show the kind of guests it caters to. Still, it doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful, but there weren’t many choices for people who don’t eat pork. Semolina pudding was my favorite breakfast item. The tea was cheap, around Tesco quality. The wellness area is fairly small and can feel uncomfortable when there are lots of guests. The cooling pool outside the sauna was dirty, and towels weren’t replenished quickly enough. They didn’t provide the packaged toiletries you’d expect at a 4-star hotel, just cheap shower gel in a dispenser. Avoid the massage at all costs.

The night was a rough one. The room's AC was loud, and when a storm knocked the electricity out, an alarm kept beeping for hours. The pillows also left my neck sore, so after driving 1000km to get there, I woke up feeling even more exhausted than before. We asked at checkout for a discount since the stay hadn't given us the rest we needed, but the staff showed no interest in helping.
