The service was quick and okay, and the place looked much like the photos and generally seemed clean. Still, I spent the night feeling itchy in bed under the comforter and couldn’t sleep. Maybe there were tiny bugs, that was the worst part. A few other things: the TV remote didn’t work, though I could use the TV buttons. The stairs were uneven, so take extra care. There were no towels in my room when I arrived, but they brought some after I asked. Looking out the window, I could see another room, which felt a bit uncomfortable.

After booking through Agoda, I noticed I had picked the wrong date and asked to change it within five minutes. They wanted a 100,000 rupee rebooking fee plus a 37,000 rupee surcharge for the room on the other date. A customer-oriented host would have offered to change it without charge, instead of trying to profit from the situation. Other travelers have reported small, dirty rooms. I strongly advise against booking here. There are surely better places in the area. Don’t waste your time and money with this criminal host.

It's quiet, well located, and has good transport links. Natsepa Beach is about five minutes away, and there’s a motorbike rental shop nearby. The surroundings are lovely for a walk, and you can hire a tour guide if you want to see more. Prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the service is excellent. There’s a rooftop terrace, still under construction, so I’m curious to see how the place develops.

The one good thing was how quiet the area around Casa Felice is. We chose it because of the positive reviews, but were let down. We knew the room would be small, but there was nowhere to put anything. There wasn’t even shelf space, only one electrical outlet, and opening a backpack meant having to step over it. The room didn’t feel clean, and the duvet was dirty and clearly hadn’t been washed for a while. There was hot water, but it was scalding and couldn’t be adjusted.
