You can get coffee, juice, or the fast food you like from the lobby on the first floor if you can't go out for a meal. The area is downtown and busy, with lunch and dinner options, coffee spots, and shopping at ambon plaza nearby. The lobby and meeting room on the 5th floor are good, and the room might fit around 50-60 people. The entrance and parking area are just “enaugh.” The tariff is moderate. Rooms are small but compact, with a window looking outside. I'd recommend it to an adventurer or tourist, like me, and maybe you too.

It's a fairly cheap hotel, but the room and service weren't very good. The customer service was unfriendly, the AC wasn't cold, and the bathroom was uncomfortable.
