Rumaruma Farvet Residence Ambon

We spent seven nights here while exploring the island. The rooms are small, but I found them cozy, and the price was good. They were clean, the food was good, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Best hotel in Ambon! Five stars.

We left our luggage here for a week while we went to Seram island, and the staff were friendly throughout. They spoke English from basic to quite good. The rooms had what we needed, including warm water and good AC, and the prices seemed reasonable for what you get. We did smell cigarette smoke one morning, presumably from the rooms where smoking is allowed. I can recommend staying here.

The staff really paid attention to guest satisfaction and took care of every request. The hotel is well placed for getting around, and local shops are just a two-minute walk away. I was worried it might be noisy, but the first night put that concern to rest. The rooms were quiet, clean, modern, and air-conditioned. Breakfast was great and suited to the regional cuisine. I was completely convinced and recommend it to anyone reading.

The best part was Ria. If you have a question, problem, complaint, or anything else, get in touch with her. She’s priceless! Many greetings to her. The rooms are tiny, yes, but clean and comfortable, and fine for the price. The location felt like a little island in the chaos of Ambon City, with everything easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
