Jepun Didulu Cottage

I stumbled across this place and ended up extending my planned couple of days into a much longer stay. I loved the peaceful garden, cottages, and amenities, all of which were kept in great shape. The staff are so kind and caring, and they do a lot to make sure you’re comfortable. They even check whether you got back safely or need anything. I arrived as a guest and left feeling like I’d joined a new family. Whether you’re on your own, with a partner, friends, or family, it’s a lovely place to stay. I’d happily come back.

The one downside to our night at Jepun Didulu was the traffic noise. We were in the cottage closest to the main road, and passing cars could be heard through the night. If you can, choose one of the other cottages to avoid that. The area is walkable and close to Virgin beach. I was there with my sister and niece, and we were welcomed by kind, accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the small number of bungalows gave the stay a private, cozy feel. The staff shared thoughtful recommendations and helpful tips, and paid attention to details when we arrived and throughout our stay. It felt like a true Balinese experience.

It’s clean, the staff are very polite, and Virgin Beach is just 8 minutes away. I loved the typical Balinese feel. The rooms worked perfectly for me, just be sure to ask for one with air-conditioning.

The spotless rooms and the warm, attentive staff make Jepun Didulu my regular place to relax whenever I visit Bali. The atmosphere is calm and the service is wonderful. Virgin Beach is only a short distance away, where you can unwind with a fresh coconut and enjoy the scenery. A cozy, welcoming, well-kept place, a real hidden gem.
