Cinnamon Guest House

We had a lovely hot shower and a comfortable room with a view of Mount Inierie. The owners were so friendly, and breakfast was good value. They also have kittens 😍

The owner was so lovely and helped us out time and again, and the staff were amazing too. This is a simple place, but it suited us perfectly. The rooms are basic but clean, there's hot water, and breakfast was pretty good. It was more than I expected from a homestay.

We paid 200.000 for a basic double room, breakfast, and a cold shower. The family running the place are very nice, and I slept really well after asking for an extra blanket. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs and toast or a banana pancake, plus fruit and tea or coffee.

They earned my five stars for how much effort they put into helping us. On our last morning, they got up early to make breakfast before our bus, and the owner waited outside to make sure the driver knew we were going to Maumere. They also rented us motorbikes for 80k each. The first room, possibly B6, was at the back beside the kitchen and smelled strongly of mildew. There was visible mold on the ceiling, and I think my boyfriend got sick. We asked to change rooms the next day and they did it without any trouble.
